AirWalls Pro LLC (“AirWalls Pro,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides specialized services for operable partitions and movable wall systems. By engaging our services or using our website www.airwallspro.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Airwalls Pro LLC provides services including, but not limited to: Repair of operable partitions, Preventive maintenance (PM) services, Installation and refurbishment. Supply of parts and materials. All work will be performed in accordance with the approved estimate, proposal, or agreement.
2. Estimates & Approvals
All estimates are based on visible conditions and available information. Hidden or unforeseen conditions may require additional work and charges. Estimates are valid for 15–30 days unless otherwise stated. Work will begin only after written approval (email or signed estimate).
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in each estimate or proposal. A deposit may be required prior to scheduling or material procurement. Airwalls Pro LLC reserves the right to delay or suspend services if payment terms are not met. Client agrees to provide a Purchase Order (PO) if required. Late payments may incur additional fees as permitted by law.
4. Scheduling & Access
Scheduling is subject to availability. Client must provide safe and uninterrupted access to the work area. Delays caused by restricted access, site conditions, or third parties may result in additional charges, including standby time and rescheduling fees.
5. Equipment & Site Responsibilities
Unless otherwise specified in writing, the Client is responsible for providing all required access equipment, including but not limited to scissor lifts. Work areas must meet safety requirements prior to service. Delays due to lack of equipment may result in additional charges.
6. Changes in Scope
Any work outside the approved scope must be authorized by the Client. Additional work will be billed separately. Airwalls Pro LLC is not obligated to perform extra work without written approval.
7. Materials & Lead Times
Material and parts lead times are estimates only and subject to manufacturer availability. Airwalls Pro LLC is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or backorders.
8. Warranty & Limitations
Warranty (if applicable) will be specified in the estimate or agreement. Airwalls Pro LLC is not responsible for: Pre-existing damage or structural issues Misuse or improper operation Normal wear and tear
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirWalls Pro LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or use.
10. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations after approval may result in charges for materials ordered, scheduled labor, mobilization, and administrative costs.
11. Safety & Work Conditions
The Client is responsible for maintaining a safe work environment. Airwalls Pro LLC reserves the right to stop work if unsafe conditions are present.
12. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the website. All content is for informational purposes only.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials are the property of AirWalls Pro LLC and may not be used without written consent.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. The Client agrees that any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising out of or related to the services provided by AirWalls Pro LLC shall be resolved in the State of Florida. By engaging our services, the Client consents to the jurisdiction of courts located in the State of Florida, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
15. Changes to Terms
AirWalls Pro LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
